These Terms of Service govern use of the Inclū website and purchases from Inclū. The store is operated by AllSkinIsBeautiful LLC dba Inclū. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from the store.
STORE USE AND ELIGIBILITY
You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through the store and for maintaining the security of your account information. If you are not legally able to enter a binding agreement, a parent or legal guardian must complete the purchase.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Inclū works to present product descriptions, ingredients, directions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Packaging or product information may change, so review the label delivered with the product before use. Website content is educational and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Stop use and seek appropriate professional guidance if irritation or another adverse reaction occurs.
ORDERS, PRICES, AND PAYMENT
An order is an offer to purchase. Inclū may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or shipping restrictions. Prices, promotions, taxes, and shipping charges shown at checkout apply to the order. If an accepted order must be canceled by Inclū, any collected payment will be returned as required.
SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REPLACEMENTS
Shipping and refund requests are governed by the Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy published on the store. Those policies form part of these Terms.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions are not offered at launch. All launch purchases are one-time purchases. If Inclū offers subscriptions in the future, the recurring price, delivery cadence, renewal, cancellation, pause, skip, cutoff, and refund terms will be disclosed before enrollment and will require the customer's express consent.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND ACCEPTABLE USE
The store's text, graphics, logos, photography, video, product names, and other content are owned by or licensed to Inclū and may not be copied, republished, sold, or exploited without permission, except as allowed by law. You may not interfere with store security, introduce malicious code, scrape the store in a way that harms its operation, impersonate another person, or use the store to violate another party's rights.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The store may rely on Shopify and other third-party services or link to third-party websites. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Inclū is not responsible for third-party content or services outside its control, to the extent permitted by law.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. Inclū is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products to the extent such a limitation is permitted by applicable law.
CHANGES AND SEVERABILITY
Inclū may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Applicable federal law and any non-waivable consumer protections available under applicable law remain in effect.
