Why Inclū exists
Born from shared struggles.
Let’s face it: growing up can already feel complicated. When blemishes, discoloration, and acne are treated as something to hide, skincare can become one more source of pressure.
Inclū was born from a mother who saw her daughter’s frustration and a friend who believed young people deserved better: simple care, clear guidance, and no shame.
Meet the founders
Science, friendship, and purpose.
Wintye Goitom and Marjorie Cesaire met at the University of Pennsylvania while training to become Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists. Introduced through a networking program created to increase BIPOC representation in their field, they began by sharing advice, comparing notes, and preparing each other for the challenges ahead. Professional mentorship grew into a lasting friendship.
Both remembered searching for skincare that worked while feeling overlooked by an industry that did not always speak to every skin tone or experience. For Wintye, watching her daughter navigate pigmentation concerns and a frustrating routine gave the mission new urgency.
Together, Wintye and Marjorie bring compassion, scientific training, and lived experience to a brand built for the next generation.
